Operation Transformation is ten years old. During this time people across the country have followed the series and made significant improvements to their health. As a nation, we are now living longer. However, in recent years, we’ve also seen a rise in the fatal and debilitating illnesses.

Operation Transformation is not just about weight-loss, but also about our health. As the saying goes our health is our wealth, so focusing on the positive changes we can make to our lives is important. O’Flynn’s will monitor your journey as you follow the series and make changes to your diet and exercise routines.

Call into us and we will Weigh and measure you, record your blood pressure and check your Blood sugar and cholesterol levels and check for anaemia. Over the 6 weeks call in and we will record your progress to make sure you keep on track.

Operation Transformation Fitness Plan

The Operation Transformation Series 10 Fitness Plan is a mixture of cardio and resistance training coupled with a rest day. This year we are also including Flex Friday into the plan which will involve 20 minutes of a variation of stretches following your resistance workout every Friday. Stretching is a great way to improve mobility and is really important. The only gear you’ll need are some water bottles for weights, a chair, a pair of runners and a waterproof jacket for those rainy days.
